Sitemap generator's for both XML and HTML sitemaps
You just published your website, but are you finished?
If you have not yet added a sitemap, you may want to consider doing so.
The different type sitemaps serve a distinct purpose, so it is worth your time to do both.
.xml sitemaps are what you would submit to Google, Yahoo, and other search engines. This helps in determining which pages on your site will be included in their indexes, individual page importance, how often the content changes, and more. Once created you simply upload it to your root directory.
.html sitemaps are for the convenience of your website's visitors. It offers them easy one click access to the pages you include.
Here are a couple links to free sitemap generators.
http://www.sitemapdoc.com/ This is the one I used, for my first one (sitemap) it seemed the simplest to use. Here is the .html sitemap created for this site with information on 'how to buy and sell land for profit'.
Here is another one http://www.auditmypc.com/free-sitemap-generator.asp. This site has many other links that you may find useful.
Hope you find these links helpful :-)

Seal of Approval
In previous posts I have recommended products, services, or opportunities that I thought needed (or at least would not hurt) to be shared. I have found that not all of the above are created equal. Some actually have no redeeming qualities at all.
Please accept my apologies, I got caught up in the hype.
That being said, I have decided to use the Yukio X 'Seal of Approval' to signify anything that I am truly pleased with and find that I cannot do without.
So my promise is that anything that I give the 'Seal of Approval' to, whether its a product, service, opportunity, or information... paid or free... That it has to have at a minimum at least the same benefit to you the reader, as it does myself.
Thanks,
Yukio X

Directory Susmissions... A Great way to get Your Website's Noticed
Directory Submission is one of the first two things that I do once I've published a new website. In the past I have always posted to each one individually... that is a very time consuming process. Checkout the benefits of this time saving product that I NOW use after each website launch.
You may or may not know that Website Directory Submission is quickly becoming a very popular and easy way to get quality, one way links to your website.
These kind of links are exactly what the search engines are looking for. The websites with more quality, one way links are typically the sites that rank the highest, period.
With that said, there are several websites directory submission programs on the market. The best and easiest to use is a new program created by Brad Callen, called Directory Submitter.
The software currently contains around 1700 website directories, all free. It is the most straightforward program that we've come across, in that all you need to do is:
1. Input your website details (i.e. title, description, URL, etc.) into the software
2. Click on the directory you want to submit to
And then the program will automatically fill in your website details. Then, you simply click the submit button and your website is instantly submitted to the directory. Then, you can move to the next directory, go through the list, and by the time you're finished you'll have roughly 1500 one way links pointing to your website.
I can't think of an easier way to get links. Of course, if you're going to get links this quickly, it's important to vary your website title (anchor text) every 20-30 links or so, to make things look more natural to the search engines.
You can do this very easily via Directory Submitter when you create your project in the beginning.
The software is constantly being updated and their is an incredible community of users established that all work together to make the software better and better, so you know you're getting great value for the money.
To check out the software, go here: Directory Submitter
Bye now,Yukio X
For whatever it is worth this product/service has received the 'Yukio X' Seal of Approval.

Sure you say its free, But what does it really cost.
Wow, almost a whole month away.
You may have guessed from the title, I seriously question "is it really free".
In my experience it is about a 3% good, and 97% "quick give it back" mix. Of course most of the time it is just a marketing gimmick designed to capture YOUR information, you can be assured you will soon be receiving messages, sometimes daily in your email on the wonders of the 'Paid ' version.
Well I need to cut it short for now, I will be back more frequently (I hope).
Just remember "Beware of Marketers bearing Free Gifts" because there is always a price of some sort attached.
See you soon

AdWords Ads Now Free?
A new breakthrough secret is all you now need in order to get your Google AdWords pay-per-clicks FREE!
A gentleman from New York discovered what he calls an "oversight" on the part of 99.9% of all marketers that allows him to get otherwise paid-for advertising at Google as well as all other search engines that allow sponsored ads.
And no, nothing about his "secret" is illegal - nor does it require that you know someone on the "inside" at Google, Yahoo, MSN, Overture and others.
Instead, the New Yorker boasts proudly "...this is something that I caught onto just before 2000 when there was so much search engine craze running around, and started doing small just to test things at first ... but which I later expanded on after getting the hang of it."
This same fellow went on to start and operate sixteen separate online companies selling everything from pet food, DVDs, children's toys & games, books, software, and sold not only his own manufactured products but became an affiliate for other web businesses - all the while applying his mastermind secret.
Over the course of nearly eight years the New Englander confesses "I've actually gotten over $87 million in advertising that using my secret I never had to pay for ... and the largest share of which was more recently in Google pay-per-clicks as well as other forms of pad advertising at search engines ... all of which I got for free ..."
So powerful is his secret that he's able to monopolize any niche online, and can always secure the top premium spots just above the usual organic results featured at most search engines.
He still has to set up an account with the search engines - but after applying his secret he is removed from having to pay for all the costs otherwise involved.
Again, nothing about his secret is either illegal or robs from the search engines.
One spokesperson from one of the most popular search engines said chuckling after being made privy to this amazing secret "Wow! Ha! This is really unique ... and in my expert opinion it would only serve to enhance and bring more business to us at [name of search engine withheld for legal & confidentiality reasons] and not cause us to lose business in the slightest. Amazing!"
The northerner revealed that in this nearly eight years' period of time since applying his secret he's done well over $300 million in sales revenue with a most diverse line of products, and most recently in the last two years netted nearly $166 million after really "buckling down and pressing my secret to its fullest potential."
Now to everyone else's fortune, the city slicker is releasing his secret for getting an unlimited amount of pay-per-click ads to the general public. But he's not promising any of us for how long.
A bit of an eccentric, the gentleman says "We'll see just how long I can make it available before it saturates things."
One famous public web guru pointed out that although this man may gain economically more so as a result of the publication of his secret "he's already so amazingly rich that whether he continues or discontinues its sale will neither make nor break the man, but not grabbing it for yourself while it's still available could prove disastrous for you as you may only have one chance, and a very limited one at that, to get this."
It is currently available at:
Clickbank
...so you may want to head on over there now and get it.
It's in a very easily readable format and is quickly and readily understood and mastered by anyone with even a 4th grade reading level.
While you're there, why not scroll down and review for yourself the huge successes others are now having with this incredible breakthrough in targeted advertising now made freely available to the rest of us?
To your success,

List Building... One of the Pillers of a Successful Internet Marketer
If you know how important List Building is for your Business Online and you want a way to help you build your Internet Marketing list with ease, then List Lotto is the ticket...
Lets first look at what List Lotto is:
Its a Downline List Building web site that lets you email the list you build every 5 days. There are many other sites like this on the market, such as ListDotCom and YourLuckyList and many others.
Each of these sites allow you to build a list, then mail out to that list every few days or so. The incentive is you can grow your list by sharing information about the main site, which in turn attracts new visitors and then means you build a list of your own.
Provided you build the relationship correctly with these people, you can then start to pull them across to your main sites and market to them from there. In general, these downline list builders will also let you upgrade to a paid membership which gives you more access to mail more people on the site itself. This is great in the early days of these sites launch as everyone reads the mail from them and you can get a great response.
Where List Lotto has set itself apart from the current trend of list building web sites, is it gives you the potential to email to the entire house list, no matter how big by winning the weekly free draw, hence the name List Lotto! The cool part is, for every person you refer, you can gain a further entry into the weekly draw, thus making it Viral... Invite more people, the more chances you will have to win the weekly draw.
Now with the appeal this has, it means that thousands of people will be marketing this site with all the great tools included, even Blog Posts :) The more people promoting, means the BIGGER the list will be on the site... Imagine for one moment the potenial to mail to hundreds, thousands, maybe hundreds of thousands of people? Would'nt that be simply AWESOME...
Well now you can...
List Lotto is the ultimate list builder online and its free to get started... You could win the weekly draw and be sending your information to thousands of interested people.. now that sounds like a list I would want to send to..
To your success

Desperate to make money, I am!
Getting started in Internet Marketing is no easy task. There is almost unlimited money to be made, but without the help of a mentor you will be hard pressed to know what direction to take. Everyone claims to know the way to a comfortable living if you buy their product, but most of the time it's their lifestyle that the newbie like me supports with our multiple purchases on products that are way over our head.
I am not ready to throw in the towel yet. I must admit though that the odds are against the newcomer to Internet marketing. One of the keys to success is 'The List', and usually that is what's lacking when you start out. So without the list the best thing to do is to build up your knowledge. Here are two excellent places to do so.
First is my favorite Free iQ. On this website are some of the Biggest names in Internet Marketing. It's free to join, and there is an almost unlimited amount of free content so you can grasp the basics and get an idea on the direction that you want take.
Number Two is The Warrior Forum. Just hanging around there will increase your knowledge. Once you start participating in the conversations, your bound to come up with a workable idea or two.
The real motivator for today's post is that I found something on Free iQ that I am going to buy, and give it my best effort. Shawn Casey, an Internet marketer who has had millions in sales since 1999. Has come out with Desperate Money 2007. In it he has raised a challenge to 15 of the top Internet marketers on how they could make $1000 in 48hrs.
Oh yeah, he added some conditions to the challenge. This is a quote from the sales page.
"They have NONE of the assets they now have — a mailing list, a database, a website, an affiliate program, whatever. They must start completely from scratch — as most newbies do.
Well I am a newbie, and I am going to take that challenge also. The only condition that I am going to add is that I get up to 2 weeks.
I will keep this blog updated on my progress.
See you,
Yukio X
